Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wuppertal

Unfortunately I saw it while waiting. 3 employees and a foreman without mouthguards and masks to pack when preparing the meat. THEY ARE PULLED DOWN BY THE CHIN. An employee barely touched his skin on his finger and continued to talk and work without being aware of the corona pandemic protection rules .. I really like to eat KfC. Unfortunately, I have to keep driving and do without my food ???☹

The staff is great and very helpful despite Corona. The food came quickly, was hot and delicious. !!. Have been going to this KFC for almost 2 decades, whether by truck or car, when I'm around.

8 employees who are completely overwhelmed! Food was cold, no bon, 4 people at the drive in, wondering why? Maybe you should better train or train your employees, especially for stressful situations ..

Not good service people non chalant and you don't get much what you paid

Incredibly unfriendly, jostling and bad-tempered staff. Products were simply peppered into the bag, the wrap was no longer wrapped because it was thrown in. Order was not complete because someone was not listening properly. French fries badly salted. Milkshakes poorly filled. We are missing all 4 dips that should be included, one fries is missing.

I ordered Megabox for 4 people 22.12.20 around 5:30 There was only sandawic, a french fries and coke is missing chicken nagela and salad is still very bad

Food was good, KFC. Only the drive-in is currently open, the service was very friendly. Before the indoor area was closed, the tables (which were often left with rubbish and dirt by customers) were cleaned quickly.

The employees have absolutely no idea about the products. In my opinion, the Kfc store in Wuppertal is a pure disaster. I can only give you one tip don't eat there, they don't pay attention to hygiene. I will never eat there again

Very disappointed. The staff is not exactly friendly, made a very annoyed impression and packed the wrong food for us. The staff spoke hardly any German and could hardly communicate. German customers also seem to be undesirable there. Corina cannot be eaten there, that's why it was noticed and only at home. (2min drive home) French fries very limp and unsalted. It's not hygienic there either. It is incomprehensible to me that there was not yet a major check. Degreaser can be used very well just like decalcifying agents or disinfectants. You always have the opportunity to pick up the cloth in between. So I'll be there for the last time.

Chicken not well done and anything but crispy. Personnel not ready to exchange. Waste of money! Thrown away a bucket full of chickens.

Not only Corona ensures that this store goes down the drain. SERVICES are severely limited, sauces for the menu have to be paid extra, refil is also gecanzelt, and french fries were cold, were of course made anew ... all in all, I will avoid this strip.

1. Food is inedible in any form 2. The operator speaks no / hardly any German and was not trained on products (Darli) or whatever it is called. 3. The toilet is very unsanitary !! I don't know if it looks like the KFC in Wuppertal, but for me it was the first and last time.

We have been there a few times now, and each time we were very satisfied. Food was tasty and sufficient, staff was friendly, I hope they will be sufficiently remunerated. Some customers are unbearable, you need a thick skin.

NEVER EVER... Worst experience I had for a very long time. The table was filthy. Haven't seen such an unorganised place. We used to go to this KFC for years, but something has changed. The food was horrible. Never in my life had such a dry chicken. Would like to know the reason of the sudden change in the quality and service? Maybe a managment change happened or has to happen soon.

Took a while to get food, they were super busy. But chicken was the best I had from this place.

Dirty tables, dirty trays, rubbish everywhere, empty napkin dispenser. Long queues, clearly understaffed and no cleaning.

The tables and chairs were not always clean. Many employees do not seem to know their own products. It often takes forever to be served. The boss should rather seek better and more motivated employees, unless he does not care if the sales are right.
